The empty cup is a philosophy of completely letting go of your own needs and wants and agenda, and your ego and completely focused on your client prospect. Empathetically listening very deeply to their pains, their needs, their wants, and their desires. I call this conversation the gift. So next conversation. Think about it. Sit in your car or sit in the meeting room. Let go of your needs and your wants, and really look your client into the eyes, deeply focused and really listen empathetically to their thoughts.
