Post-Busy Season Success: Mining the Veins of Gold

Welcome to Post Busy Season, but as I call it, mining your veins of gold season, especially when we're talking about our clients and what we need to be doing next on the outside world, Remember, most clients understand what a CPA or an accountant's busy season really is.

The, we've, you've trained them well on the outside world. They know that accountants are very busy during busy season, but what, what are you gonna do to return that favor? It's time to circle back. It's time to get in touch deeply with your clients. Remember, they've been out there, they've been slaying dragons, they've been putting out fires, and they've been waiting to.

Meaningful in-depth conversation with their trusted advisor, the CPA accountant. What are you gonna do? How are you gonna get it out there? It's really easy. Start working your calendar. Start putting priority at the very top of the list. Prioritize some of your clients, your top 10, your top 20, and maybe everybody else.

But start working those clients, you'll find, you'll deepen relationships, you'll find, you'll get testimonials, you'll get, um, other clients, you'll get referrals. And most importantly, you keep that client that if you had for five, 10, maybe 20 years, and you'll keep that relationship strong and going. So go out there.

Book up your calendar mine, the veins of gold in your client base, and do it on purpose.

I'm Bill Baylis for CPA Power and create and mine those veins of gold on purpose.
